I know its sideways couldnt fix it (sorry) this meal isn’t a big looker but when you taste it will make up for the rustic look this was one of, no actually the best meatloaf I’ve made so hope you enjoy!!!!
Meatloaf
2 tbs butter
1 minced garlic clove
1 diced onion
1 diced golden delicious apple
1 1/2 tsp sage
1 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp all spice
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbs brown sugar
Directions
In sauce pan with butter saute all ingredients till onion is translucent.
1lb beef
1/2lb sage ground sausage
1 egg
direction
mix above saute with meats and egg till mixture is well blended place in bread loaf baking dish and place in 350* preheated oven and bake for 1 hour
Mashed potatoes
3lb diced potatoes
1tsp minced garlic
1 tbs dried dill
directions
bring pot to boil add potatoes and spices and boil till tender remove, drain, and mash add butter salt and a dash of milk.
**The saute can also be used as a pork chop glaze
